Role Overview

What if your next EA assignment put you at the centre of the decisions, launches and leadership moments shaping a high-growth consumer tech business?

We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join on a confidential temporary assignment, supporting two senior leaders across Marketing and Product.

You’ll need to be available to start immediately and confident stepping into a fast-moving environment from day one.

This role needs someone who already knows what excellent executive support looks like in a high-growth technology environment. The immediate priority is to keep two leaders organised, responsive and prepared: managing shifting calendars, busy inboxes, meeting priorities, follow-ups, actions and stakeholder requests with pace, judgement and accuracy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Ideal Candidate

You’ll be a strong fit if you have:

  • Demonstrable experience supporting senior Marketing or Product leadership in another PE-backed, VC-backed or high-growth technology business.
  • Excellent diary and inbox management skills, with the ability to step in quickly, impose structure and maintain momentum from day one.
  • The confidence to manage competing priorities, make sensible trade-offs and bring recommendations rather than simply flagging problems.
  • Excellent judgement, discretion and written communication skills.
  • A proven track record of keeping senior leaders prepared, aligned, responsive and focused in a demanding interim or fast-paced executive support role.
  • Comfort working across multiple functions, ideally with exposure to Marketing, Product, Growth, Brand or Communications.
  • A proactive, low-ego, high-ownership approach.
