Our client is a London-based consultancy firm providing company management and a diverse range of professional business services to clients across the UK. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a commercially minded Strategic Finance Advisory Manager to support clients on financial planning, business structuring, and wider financial strategy.
The Role
This is a strategic and advisory role rather than a hands-on accounting position. You will provide insight on tax and financial matters, support business expansion and structuring decisions, and contribute to the ongoing development of the firm's finance practices and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial advice to clients and senior management on business planning, growth, and development.
- Support business restructuring, entity structuring, and international expansion projects.
- Assess financial implications of different business models, jurisdictions, and operating structures.
- Provide advice on tax planning and optimisation as part of broader financial and commercial planning.
- Support financial modelling, scenario analysis, investment decisions, and business cases.
- Work with external tax and professional advisers on complex matters where required.
- Review and improve existing finance and accounting processes, controls, and reporting.
- Translate complex tax and financial matters into clear, practical recommendations for senior stakeholders and clients.

About You
We are looking for an all-round finance professional with strong commercial judgement and strategic thinking.
- Strong financial analysis and commercial advisory capabilities.
- Experience advising businesses on planning, restructuring, investment, or growth.
- Good understanding of UK finance and taxation, with international exposure being advantageous.
- Ability to understand complex business situations and develop practical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with senior decision-makers.
- Experience in an MNC, professional services, or international consultancy environment is highly desirable.
- CTA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification is advantageous.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English language skills.
