About you

  • 3-10 years' experience in Transaction Services, Due Diligence, Deal Advisory, or a highly analytical environment
  • Strong expertise in financial modelling, with an emphasis on complex analysis, valuation, and economic modelling
  • Proven track record in M&A, valuations, and strategic financial assessment
  • Deep understanding of financial metrics relevant to SaaS and technology sectors (ARR, CAC, LTV, gross margin, R&D efficiency)
  • Solid grounding in accounting principles and financial analysis
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA) are a plus
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, capable of presenting detailed analysis to senior decision-makers
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones with flexibility and independence
  • Willing to work from the designated office location a couple of days weekly, with occasional travel

What you'll do

  • Lead in-depth financial due diligence, valuation projects, and strategic transaction assessments
  • Develop complex financial models and scenario analyses to support M&A, investments, and deal decision-making
  • Build comprehensive business cases for new initiatives, including market sizing, competitive positioning, and ROI evaluations
  • Support evaluation of deal opportunities, including partnering with corporate development teams to identify strategic fit and valuation drivers
  • Provide rigorous financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the organisation's strategic growth through high-quality deal advisory and financial structuring
