The Opportunity
A unique opportunity to join a private equity-backed group as it embarks on its next phase of growth. The business combines a portfolio of technology-enabled and outsourced services platforms and is entering a significant transformation period following a recent strategic transaction. With revenues of £100m+, the organisation has a clear value creation agenda and an ambitious growth plan.
Working directly for the CFO, the Strategic Finance Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping business strategy, driving performance improvement initiatives and supporting key corporate projects. This is a highly visible position with significant exposure to investors, senior leadership and the Board.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CFO on strategic planning and business performance initiatives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
- Deliver high-quality financial modelling and commercial analysis.
- Support transformation, restructuring and value creation programmes.
- Develop board-level insight and performance reporting.
- Evaluate strategic opportunities, investments and growth initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally to improve decision-making and operational performance.
- Support ad hoc corporate projects as the business evolves.
