MANUAL / Voy is a leading preventive healthcare platform for men and women, with core clinical pathways across weight management, hormone treatments and mental health. The business is scaling fast - $470m annualised revenue, growing >100% YoY, operating across the UK, Brazil and Germany.

This role will report to the Director of Finance & Strategy and will be part of a very lean, high-performing team. The candidate will be a business partner to leaders across Commercial, Growth, Operations and Clinical, helping to drive decision making and performance. The team is also responsible for Investor Relations and Corporate Development. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys collaborating with and influencing non-finance stakeholders at the coal-face of the business, whilst engaging deeply in the broader financial strategy of the Group. We are an office-first company, based in Borough, with at least 3 days a week to be worked from the office.

What you'll be doing

  • Partnering closely with key stakeholders across Growth, Product, Ops & Clinical, spanning all clinical pathways, to help drive decision making and prioritisation - ultimately being responsible for driving overall top and bottom line business performance
  • Building business cases and plans for new strategic initiatives across all areas of the business
  • Strategic and financial planning, including yearly and quarterly P&L forecasting, and driving capital allocation decisions between existing geographies and categories, as well as new bets
  • Guiding key investment decisions, resource allocation, and strategic commercial strategies to grow the business fast and efficiently
  • Assisting with Investor Relations and Corporate Development activities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Healthcare is broken. We’re fixing it — and we need your help.

Back in 2019, we launched MANUAL to tackle men's health (starting with hair loss and sexual health). A few years later, we launched Voy with a focus on weight loss. But our ambition has always been bigger. Healthcare too often treats conditions in isolation, not people as a whole, and we're on a mission to prove there's a better way.

In 2025, we evolved from MANUAL into Voy, a brand built for the long game: supporting people through every stage of life, not just a single diagnosis. Today, we support over 1 million members across the UK, Germany and Brazil, delivering personalised care across weight loss, menopause, hair loss and TRT (with more categories on the way).

Ready to join us and change how healthcare feels for millions of people?
