Strategic Growth Executive
Everbridge is seeking a Strategic Growth Executive, a high-impact sales role focused on expanding value within our existing customer base. This position is ideal for a consultative seller who excels at uncovering growth opportunities, building trusted executive relationships, and driving long-term revenue. This is a remote/home-based role to be based anywhere in the UK.
The Strategic Growth Executive owns a portfolio of customers with significant expansion potential, working closely with stakeholders to increase adoption, deepen partnerships, and deliver measurable business impact.
What you'll do:
Drive Revenue Growth
- Identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Expand Strategic Accounts
- Develop a deep understanding of customer objectives and uncover opportunities for additional solutions
- Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers
- Execute strategic account plans to increase adoption, customer value, and long-term growth
Customer Engagement
- Lead discovery conversations, solution presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Maintain ongoing engagement to identify new use cases and expansion opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor and champion the customer internally

Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Professional Services
- Ensure seamless transitions from sales to onboarding while maintaining executive alignment
- Surface customer success stories and drive advocacy
Manage Pipeline & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasts
- Prioritize opportunities based on revenue potential
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health and performance
What you'll bring:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience
- Proven success growing and expanding existing customer accounts
- Strong track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Strong communication, presentation, and business acumen
Preferred
- Experience selling enterprise or mission-critical solutions
- Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar methodologies
- History of exceeding sales targets
- Experience working cross-functionally in high-growth environments
