Strategic HR Business Partner

Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic People Business Partner to join their innovative team in a pivotal role that shapes the future of their people strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to act as a trusted advisor and thought partner, collaborating closely with senior leadership to drive a high-performance, people-centric organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership & Leadership: Build influential relationships with the Executive Management Team (EMT) and senior stakeholders to co-create people plans that align with commercial drivers and organisational strategy. Provide critical insights and challenge the status quo to ensure long-term impact.
- People Strategy & Organisational Effectiveness: Lead the design and delivery of people strategies that enhance capability and improve organisational performance. Guide senior leaders in optimising operating models and structures to meet future challenges.
- Talent, Leadership & Culture: Drive the talent strategy by ensuring robust succession planning and leadership development initiatives. Champion a performance-driven and inclusive culture that aligns with organisational values.
- Strategic Resourcing & Workforce Planning: Adopt a proactive approach to resourcing, ensuring the organisation has the talent necessary to deliver strategic outcomes. Collaborate with leaders to anticipate workforce needs and create effective reward frameworks.
- Employee Relations & Governance: Oversee employee relations themes and trends, ensuring leaders are equipped to manage issues through a fair and commercial approach. Contribute to policy development from a strategic perspective.
- Change Leadership & Transformation: Lead the people elements of organisational transformation, ensuring initiatives are strategically aligned and sustainable. Guide teams through complex change, employing best practices.
- People Insights, Data & Analytics: Implement an insight-driven approach using data to inform decision-making and strategy, producing regular reports to identify risks and opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a senior or strategic HR/People Business Partner within a complex, regulated organisation.
- Demonstrable success in creating and delivering people strategies that drive business performance.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- A proactive and resilient mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive transformative change.

Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- CIPD membership (Level 7) is essential.
- A thorough understanding of employment legislation and organisational design principles.
