About the Opportunity
We're looking to collaborate with an experienced UK real estate professional to help deepen PropVeritas' commercial presence in the UK.
This is not a traditional employment opportunity. We're looking for someone who understands the UK commercial real estate market, enjoys building strategic relationships, and wants to help introduce a new category of evidence-led decision intelligence to developers, investors, lenders and technical due diligence teams.
About PropVeritas
PropVeritas is an early-stage real estate decision intelligence platform, headquartered in the Netherlands, built out of the European Space Agency Business Incubator Campus in Noordwijk, with operations in the United Kingdom and expanding to global locations.
Our platform helps developers, investors, lenders and technical due diligence teams make better land acquisition decisions before significant time and capital are committed. Combining satellite Earth observation, LiDAR, terrain models, geotechnical, hydrological, regulatory, infrastructure and historical intelligence, PropVeritas delivers evidence-based land selection and development feasibility assessments. The platform is live and currently supports land selection and development feasibility screenings across global geographies, including the United Kingdom, United States, Europe, East Africa and the Middle East.

About the Role
Working alongside the founder, you'll help:
- Introduce PropVeritas to developers, investors, lenders and industry partners.
- Identify pilot opportunities and commercial partnerships.
- Validate our UK go-to-market strategy.
- Provide commercial and industry insight.
- Help position PropVeritas within the UK real estate ecosystem.
- Shape the commercial direction of the platform as we grow in the UK.

Depending on the nature of the engagement, this may include:
- Revenue sharing on opportunities originated or jointly developed
- Success-based commercial incentives
- Regional commercial representation
- Consideration for equity participation for the right long-term partner
- Consideration for joining the PropVeritas Founding Advisory Group
- Participation in our future commercial expansion across the UK
