Strategic Insights Consultant

This is a unique opportunity to shape and validate a new decision-making framework that helps global brands launch successfully. Working at the intersection of insight, strategy, and analytics, you'll play a key role in refining a methodology that combines quantitative and qualitative research to support high-impact brand decisions.
The Company
They are a specialist branding and strategy consultancy that works with large international organisations to develop and launch new brands. As part of a growing venture, they are building a proprietary decision-making framework designed to help clients make more informed brand and go-to-market decisions. The team brings together expertise across insight, strategy, creative, and client partnership functions. This engagement offers the chance to influence a business-critical product at an early stage of development.

The Role and Deliverables
- Challenge, refine, and stress test an emerging brand decision-making methodology.
- Define the datasets, analytical approach, and supporting processes required to strengthen the framework.
- Build a scalable blueprint that can be adapted across multiple client environments.
- Apply and evaluate the methodology within an initial FMCG pilot project.
- Validate outputs through market testing and hypothesis-driven assessment.
- Support framework handover and client training to enable successful long-term adoption.

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in insight, strategy, consulting, or analytical problem solving.
- Ability to design, evaluate, and improve decision-making frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience combining qualitative and quantitative research to generate actionable recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to constructively challenge thinking and assumptions.
- Ability to translate complex analysis into practical frameworks and clear business recommendations.
- Experience supporting the implementation, adoption, or training of business tools, models, or methodologies.
