Equity / Investment Partnership

We Are Looking for More Than an Investor

LUOS Foundation is entering its next stage of development. And I am looking for the right person to help build it. Not simply someone willing to provide capital.

I am looking for a Strategic Investment & Growth Partner who sees the potential in what we are creating and wants to play an active role in taking it forward.

LUOS is developing an approach centred around Somatic Plasticity™ exploring the relationship between the body, nervous system, behaviour, environment, lived experience and our capacity for change. At the centre of our work is the 78-Day Reset: a structured framework designed to encourage people to develop greater awareness of their bodies, patterns, behaviours and relationship with themselves. But the Reset is only part of the vision.

We are building an ecosystem that has the potential to include:

  • The LUOS 78-Day Reset
  • Somatic Plasticity™ education
  • Caregiver programmes
  • Cognitive and memory-support programmes
  • Corporate wellbeing programmes
  • Retreats and workshops
  • Practitioner education
  • Digital programmes and technology
  • Research collaborations
  • Books and educational resources
  • International partnerships and licensing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The foundations have been built. Now I want someone beside me who understands how to help turn a powerful idea into a sustainable organisation with international reach.

Who I Am Looking For

You may be an entrepreneur, investor, founder, commercial strategist or senior executive. Your background matters less than what you bring to the table.

Ideally, you understand some combination of:

  • Investment
  • Commercialisation
  • Scaling organisations
  • Strategic partnerships
  • Brand development
  • Healthcare or wellbeing
  • Technology
  • Research
  • International expansion

Most importantly, you need to be comfortable challenging ideas. I am not looking for somebody who simply agrees with me. I want someone capable of sitting across the table and asking: “How do we make this stronger?”

This Is Not a Conventional Job

Please read this carefully. This opportunity is intended for someone interested in becoming an active strategic and investment partner in LUOS Foundation, rather than applying for a conventional salaried position.

The precise investment, equity, responsibilities and partnership structure would be discussed with suitable candidates and would be subject to appropriate professional and legal documentation. There is no promise or guarantee of financial return.

What I can offer is the opportunity to explore becoming part of something at a relatively early stage and helping determine what it ultimately becomes.

Why Now?

Because I believe LUOS has reached the point where the next breakthrough will not come from me trying to do more alone. It will come from bringing the right people into the room. Someone with experience I don't have. Connections I don't have. Questions I haven't considered. And perhaps a completely different perspective on what LUOS could become.

Capital matters. But the person behind the capital matters more.

If you believe you could be that person, I would like to hear from you.

  • Tell me what you have built.
  • Tell me what you would bring.
  • And most importantly: Tell me what you see in LUOS FOUNDATION that I might not be able to see myself yet.

Mark Anthony Young
Founder, LUOS Foundation

This is an invitation to discuss a potential strategic business and investment relationship. It does not constitute an offer of securities, financial advice, or a guarantee of returns. Any investment would be subject to due diligence, agreement between the parties and appropriate legal documentation.
