ROLE
Strategic Investor will provide strategic value-add in areas of Infrastructure expertise best aligned with Blue Oasis strategy
Time Commitment for Shareholder Meetings: Every 2 months for 1 hour via Zoom or in-person when possible
QUALIFICATIONS OF IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Minimum 10 years of Property & Infrastructure Expertise in 1 or more Blue Oasis areas (see below)
- Extensive professional network to deliver value-add to Blue Oasis operations including potential operating partnerships, joint ventures, sourcing/pipeline opportunities, and additional funding
- Located in one of Blue Oasis priority regions (preference but not required)
- Strategic Investor is a HNWI, Single Family Office, Institutional Investor/Asset Manager, or a Corporate entity. Excluding wealth managers, advisors, and venture capital funds
- Strategic Investor's ability to independently acquire its agreed equity position in 2026 Q4

Strategic Investor / Shareholder's remit – to be agreed based on alignment and qualifications
- Equity Stake acquired of 2.5% to 10% subject to valuation and timing
- Preferred Dividends % on asset-backed cashflows and distribution waterfall projected within 12 months
- Potential favorable tax treatment (subject to domicile)
- Preferred access to Blue Oasis portfolio pipeline / portfolio expansion (for agreed limited exclusivity period)

Blue Oasis Partners (affiliate of Maroon Research Institute) is the Institute’s positive Climate-Health innovation and health-enabling Built Environment group of stand-alone “for-profit” operating companies incorporated as special purpose vehicles driving positive Preventative Health outcomes and Healthspan Impact accelerated through catalytic Infrastructure.

- Commercial Infrastructure: Longevity Clinics, Medical Tourism, Longevity Hospitality, Laboratories, CROs, Hospital Infrastructure, Energy-related Health Infrastructure
- Digital Infrastructure including Artificial Intelligence & Tech Other
