ABOUT CFTE
CFTE is one of the world’s leading education platforms in finance, technology and artificial intelligence. We work with tier-one banks, central banks, regulators, technology companies and governments around the world to help individuals, organisations and countries build the capabilities they need for the future.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a junior role for someone who combines strong marketing instincts, commercial thinking and hands-on execution. You will work across CFTE's programmes, research, events and thought leadership, helping us turn ideas into campaigns that reach the right audiences, strengthen our brand and create commercial opportunities. The role suits someone who enjoys moving between research, positioning, content, campaigns and analytics, and who is comfortable taking an idea from initial concept through to execution and results.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Plan and deliver campaigns across email, social media, web and events
- Research audiences, market developments and opportunities to shape positioning and messaging
- Create high-quality marketing content, including landing pages, emails, articles and thought leadership
- Track performance, test new ideas and use data to improve engagement, leads and conversion

- Is highly comfortable with AI: uses it for research, writing, ideation, analysis and productivity while applying independent judgement
- Has a genuine interest in financial services, fintech, AI and emerging technologies

We welcome candidates with 0-2 years of experience in marketing, growth, content or related areas. Experience can come from employment, startups, student initiatives, independent projects, events, communities or other entrepreneurial work. Experience with tools such as ActiveCampaign, Webflow, WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Buffer or Apollo is useful.
PORTFOLIO
Please share examples of work you have personally contributed to or owned. This could include campaigns, landing pages, articles, reports, events, email campaigns, lead-generation initiatives or independent projects. We are particularly interested in understanding what you were trying to achieve, what you personally did and what happened as a result.
ABOUT YOU
What we're looking for
- Strong analytical, research and structured-thinking skills. Genuine curiosity and the ability to learn unfamiliar topics quickly.
- Confidence using AI tools as part of everyday research and knowledge work. The ability to question, verify and improve AI-generated information.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- High ownership, strong attention to detail and a willingness to produce excellent work.
- Comfortable working at pace in a small, entrepreneurial team.
- A genuine interest in education, AI, fintech and emerging technologies.

Additional experience that would be valuable
- Academic background in finance, economics, technology, business or a related field.
- Previous research experience through university, internships or work.
- Familiarity with financial services, fintech or emerging technologies.
- Experience creating presentations, reports, workshops or educational content.
- Experience with AI research and productivity tools.
