Strategic National Account Manager : Contract Electronics

As our Strategic National Account Manager, you will be leading a team of three Account Managers delivering against a strategic account valued at cGBP 20m of revenue. You'll be a coach, a mentor, and client-facing. Splitting your time between head office and client meetings, you'll be a commercially driven individual with a proven track record in contract electronic manufacturing.

BASIC SALARY: GBP 65,000 - GBP 75,000

  • Up to GBP 10,000 - GBP 15,000 Annual Bonus
  • Car Allowance GBP 6,500 per annum

  • Company quarterly incentive plan cGBP 2,600 per annum

LOCATION: Office based (Milton Keynes) 50% of the time (plus client meetings / WFH)

COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Northampton, Bedford, Cambridge, Luton, Huntingdon, Leighton Buzzard, Stevenage, St Neots

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic National Account Manager : Contract Electronics

As Our Strategic National Account Manager, You Will

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 3 direct Account Managers, working closely with support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Oversee and develop a major account worth cGBP 20m, ensuring relationships are driven across all UK sites at senior stakeholder level.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and quality to deliver world-class outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director accurately reporting forecasts, budgets, and performance.

You'll Need Experience Of

  • Sub-contract manufacturing, ideally in electronics, PCBA, and
  • Managing a multi-million complex account
  • Cross-functional people leadership driven by collaboration, development, and partnerships.
