Job Description

Your Role: Strategic Operations Manager

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious, analytically minded early-career professional to support the running of the entire AdPower operation. You'll support the Head of Business Operations with data analysis, delivering “deep-dive” strategic projects, and project management. It's an ideal role for someone who is comfortable in data, intellectually curious, highly organised and hungry to make a real impact in a fast-growing media business.

As a Strategic Operations Manager at Global, you will:

Key Responsibilities

Data & Reporting (40%)

  • Consolidate data and reporting across AdPower, replacing piecemeal processes with a single, reliable view of performance
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that surface the right insight at the right time for leadership
  • Work closely with Finance and other functions to ensure commercial data is accurate, up-to-date and accessible
  • Proactively identify gaps in reporting and drive improvements that reduce manual effort and increase confidence in numbers
  • Support the wider team with BI requirements to support strategic insight and operational progress

Project-based Analysis & Insights (30%)

  • Writing, refining, and delivering data & insight briefs for ‘special projects’ – analyses that look to answer business-critical questions on a range of subjects from product funnel performance, through to pricing and revenue analysis
  • Working with other teams and functions across the business to understand context and problems in depth, and reach the best conclusion for both AdPower & Global
  • Present conclusions and results to Senior Leadership Team and Stakeholders

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
