Strategic Organisational Development Partner
We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Strategic Organisational Development Partner to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in delivering Ravensbourne's strategic ambitions through innovative organisational development and change initiatives.

As Strategic OD Partner, you will be the Ravensbourne’s specialist lead for organisational development and change management. Working collaboratively with Strategic People Partners, senior leaders and key stakeholders, you will design and deliver initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, support organisational transformation and foster a culture of inclusion, innovation and continuous improvement.

Using data, insight and evidence-based practice, you will identify organisational priorities, diagnose challenges and implement solutions that support sustainable organisational growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead organisational development and culture change programmes aligned to University priorities.
- Design and deliver change management approaches to support transformation and organisational redesign.
- Develop leadership and management capability through workshops, coaching and development initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders across the University to deliver successful change projects.
- Use workforce data, engagement insights and organisational diagnostics to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Facilitate communities of practice, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Assess organisational impacts, manage risks and support effective change implementation.
- Champion equality, diversity and inclusion in all organisational development activity.
We're looking for a credible and experienced OD professional who combines strategic thinking with practical delivery. You'll bring:
- Significant experience in organisational development, change management or culture transformation.
- A proven track record of leading organisational change programmes.
- Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience designing and delivering leadership and management development initiatives.
- The ability to analyse data and translate insights into meaningful action.
- Experience of organisational diagnostics, workforce planning and change impact assessment.
- Excellent relationship-building, influencing and project management skills.
- A collaborative, innovative approach and a passion for creating inclusive, high-performing cultures.
