Role Description
The Strategic Partner role at QFlow Studio is a full-time remote position focused on building and managing partnerships that expand the platform’s adoption in research, enterprise, and education. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective partners, developing partnership proposals, and leading consultations with organizations interested in quantum workflows and learning solutions. The Strategic Partner will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape joint initiatives, support co-marketing or co-learning programs, and maintain ongoing account relationships to ensure mutual value and long-term engagement. The role also involves contributing to business planning, monitoring partnership performance, and providing feedback to product and leadership teams to align the platform’s roadmap with partner needs.

Qualifications

- Ability to build and manage Strategic Partnerships, including identifying, structuring, and nurturing partner relationships.
- Consulting experience, with strength in understanding partner needs, recommending solutions, and guiding organizations through adoption and change.
- Business Planning and Business Development skills to create growth strategies, assess new market opportunities, and drive revenue-focused initiatives.
- Account Management capabilities to maintain strong partner engagement, coordinate activities, and ensure consistent communication and support.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical and business concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with quantum computing, advanced technology platforms, or developer tools is highly beneficial.
- Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams and managing projects across time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
