Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a high-performing Strategic Partner Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across our strategic Global Systems Integrator (GSI) ecosystem in Europe.

This is a highly strategic, field-facing role responsible for driving measurable pipeline and bookings growth through partner engagement, strategic opportunity development and joint go-to-market execution. Working closely with CrowdStrike Sales, Alliances, Marketing and Services teams, as well as partner sales and leadership, you will identify, qualify, develop and help execute strategic customer pursuits while strengthening executive relationships and expanding partner-led growth.

Success in this role requires someone who can combine strategic thinking with disciplined execution—building trusted relationships across executive, sales, technical and alliance organisations, activating partners in-market, creating demand, accelerating strategic opportunities and translating joint business plans into tangible business outcomes.

As a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in expanding CrowdStrike’s market presence, increasing platform adoption and strengthening one of our most strategic routes to market across Europe.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Strategic Sales Growth
    • Identify, qualify, develop and support strategic joint sales pursuits that generate sustainable pipeline and bookings growth across the IGSI ecosystem in Europe.
    • Partner closely with CrowdStrike Account Executives, Regional Sales Leaders and partner sellers to originate, shape and accelerate complex enterprise opportunities from qualification through to close.
    • Drive disciplined opportunity management through regular pipeline inspection, pursuit planning and executive governance to maximise win rates.
    • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of strategic opportunities aligned to regional growth priorities and forecast commitments.
    • Support platform expansion opportunities across the CrowdStrike portfolio, including cross-sell and upsell initiatives that increase customer value and long-term recurring revenue.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
