Germany: €124000 - €127000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in global channel management or partner program operations within an enterprise environment.
  • Experience in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
  • Experience analyzing data, creating reports and building data visualization.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

  • Ability to work independently, but within a cross-functional team environment with a thorough and tenacious attitude.
  • Expert-level collaboration skills to align GTM, regional, and partner development teams.
  • Comfortable operating at the highest level of large, complex organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the standardization of Partner Business Planning (PBP) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), implement performance monitoring frameworks to track partner health and Return on Investment (ROI) globally.
  • Develop strategic account plans for partners and jointly identify new business opportunities, focus areas and sales/marketing initiatives.
  • Pilot high-impact projects designed to boost sales efficiency, harvesting regional ideas to be executed as global initiatives.
  • Serves as the primary liaison between the Partner Development Team, the GTM Team, and Regional Leadership to ensure program alignment and seamless operational execution.
  • Design and execute the global roadmap for Partner Enablement, delivering comprehensive training across Products, Programs, and functional roles (Sales, Account Management, etc.) to ensure a high-performing ecosystem.
