Partner Development Manager - £350K OTE - Fortune 100 🚀
Our client is one of the three largest cloud providers in the world. Globally, the business is established. In the UK and Nordics, the partner ecosystem is still being built. You'll decide which partners to bring on, how to enable them and how to grow the channel into a real revenue driver. You start as an individual contributor, with a clear path to building and leading the partner team.

What you'll do
- Build the UK and Nordic partner ecosystem, covering GSIs, SIs, MSPs and ISVs
- Recruit high-growth partners and turn them into real revenue
- Enable partners on products, solutions, certifications and incentives
- Drive co-sell, pass opportunities through partners and resolve channel conflicts
- Help shape partner incentive programmes and manage partner compliance and risk
- Be the link between partners, sales and HQ
What you bring
- 10+ years in channel, alliances or ecosystem roles in cloud
- Broad partnership experience across GSIs, SIs and ISVs, not just one type
- A strong UK partner network; Nordic experience is a plus
- People management experience, either as a team lead or leading projects
- A track record of partner-sourced revenue, not just logos signed
- Business-level Mandarin, for working with HQ and APAC partner teams is a plus
