About The Role
Are you ready to make a significant impact on the global gaming ecosystem? We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Partner Manager to forge, nurture, and sustain critical relationships with key developer partners in the gaming industry. This pivotal role within the Partnerships team will empower gaming partners to optimize their presence and maximize value from our diverse platforms. You will be instrumental in fostering the success of strategic partners across major mobile platforms, with a primary focus on a key region and supplementary coverage for global developers. Your mission is to empower partners to successfully discover, adopt, and flourish on our gaming platforms, directly influencing the future of interactive entertainment.

What You’ll Do
- Engage creatively with prominent companies in the gaming industry to build durable, long-term, and scaled partnerships by deeply understanding their strategies and goals.
- Represent our gaming division, providing thought leadership and strategic perspectives in external meetings with partner executives.
- Drive the adoption and seamless integration of new features and tools from our gaming platforms.
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, marketing, and finance, to champion partner interests.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to scaled partner relationships.
- Leverage insightful analysis and deep gaming industry expertise to source and develop exciting new partner opportunities.
- Provide expert consultation to existing partners, guiding them to maximize their success and growth on our platforms.
What You’ll Bring
- Extensive experience in business development or account management.
- Proven experience working effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to define, initiate, and drive business opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- A solid understanding of the internet industry.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Deep domain knowledge of the gaming industry.
- Ability to seamlessly manage day-to-day operational tasks while also structuring, negotiating, and maintaining significant and complex strategic relationships with game companies.
