Strategic Partner Manager - Gaming Partnerships
Location: London, UK
Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office
Contract Duration: 12 months
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Start Date: As soon as possible
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Strategic Partner Manager (SPM) to develop and manage relationships with key developers and content partners across the gaming ecosystem.
As part of the Gaming Partnerships team, you will primarily focus on partners across the EMEA region, while also providing support to global developers. You will work closely with gaming partners to help them client, adopt, and grow on gaming platforms.
This is a highly collaborative role that combines strategic relationship management, business development, technical understanding, and partner engagement. You will work directly with developers and internal stakeholders, representing partner needs and identifying opportunities to drive growth and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships with leading companies across the gaming industry.
- Develop a strong understanding of partners' business strategies, objectives, and challenges.
- Represent the organisation in external meetings with senior partner and executive stakeholders.
- Provide strategic guidance, industry insights, and thought leadership to gaming partners.
- Drive the adoption and integration of new platform features and capabilities.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Manage and advise existing partners on how to improve their performance and maximise opportunities across the platform.
- Identify and develop new business and partnership opportunities within the gaming ecosystem.
- Track, analyse, and communicate key business metrics, trends, revenue, and growth opportunities.
- Use data, industry knowledge, and market trends to inform partnership strategies.
- Manage both strategic and day-to-day operational aspects of complex partner relationships.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Account Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the gaming industry and how the gaming ecosystem operates.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong relationship-management and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, initiate, and drive new business opportunities.
- Experience working effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Strong technical background and the ability to understand technology, platform features, and integrations.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and interpreting business metrics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good understanding of the internet and technology industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep domain knowledge and professional experience within the gaming industry.
- Experience managing complex, high-value relationships with game developers or gaming companies.
- Ability to combine operational execution with strategic relationship management and negotiation.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and the ability to identify opportunities arising from those trends.
- Exposure to AI tools, technologies, or applications is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field such as Economics, Business, or Commerce, or equivalent professional experience.
