FISPAN Services Inc. (FISPAN) is an Enterprise SaaS FinTech company that allows banks to deploy embedded financial products and services to create a seamless banking connection for their corporate clients. Our product aims to provide instant scale and reach for banks who want to remove friction and add value by enabling their commercial banking clients to access banking services through their preferred ERP / accounting platform.
Founded in 2016 and headquartered in downtown Vancouver, FISPAN is on a mission to create the best product in the FinTech industry and fundamentally change the way that companies bank. Job Overview
The Strategic Partner Manager (IC4) represents the highest individual contributor level in the organization. You are the undisputed "CEO" of FISPAN's largest and most strategic bank partnerships. You combine executive-level strategic vision with deep tactical knowledge to drive massive user growth, market expansion, and C-suite alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Undisputed Account CEO: Own total strategic and commercial accountability for multi-million-dollar banking portfolios. Proactively identify, negotiate, and close complex, multi-year expansion deals.
- Executive Alignment & Challenger Mindset: Build trusted C-level / SVP relationships. Act as a strategic peer who challenges bank assumptions with market insights to drive new joint solutions.
- Post-Land Adoption Scale: Drive institutional adoption across multiple departments within the bank, ensuring rapid onboarding of corporate clients.
- Organizational Leadership: Establish new organizational standards, mentor team members, and drive joint product/marketing strategies with internal executives.

Competency & Experience Profile
- Experience: 10+ years in enterprise sales or account management, with 7+ years selling/managing directly within commercial banking or fintech.
- Operating Level: Operating as a peer to senior bank executives and enterprise sales leadership.
- Domain Knowledge: Institutional-level domain authority in commercial banking, corporate treasury, real-time payments, and enterprise fintech architectures.

Compensation Package
FISPAN believes in an atmosphere and culture when innovation can flourish, collaboration and teamwork are valued and transparency is at the core of it all. With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $107,080-$128,500 GBP annually and this role is eligible for commission; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location.
