Strategic Partner Manager — Gaming

📍 London, Broc Street | Hybrid — 3 days per week
💰 £83,000+ | 12-month contract | Potential extension

Ready to shape the future of gaming partnerships at global scale?
We’re looking for an experienced Strategic Partner Manager to join a high-impact Gaming Partnerships team, working with some of the biggest and most influential game developers across EMEA and globally.

You’ll be the strategic bridge between major gaming partners and an innovative social technology platform — helping developers discover new opportunities, adopt emerging features and ultimately grow their business.

What you’ll do

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior leaders at leading gaming companies
  • Develop creative partnership strategies aligned to partner goals and commercial growth
  • Drive adoption of new products, features, and platform opportunities
  • Champion partner needs internally across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Finance
  • Analyse performance, industry trends, and key metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Consult partners on how to maximise their presence and success across the platform
  • Identify and develop new strategic partnership opportunities

What we’re looking for

  • 7+ years’ experience in business development, partnerships, or account management
  • Strong understanding of the gaming industry and ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and executive relationship-management skills
  • Technical aptitude and confidence understanding digital products and features
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive opportunities in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Commercially minded, analytical, and highly collaborative
  • AI tools/experience are a bonus
  • Fluent English
