Strategic Partnerships Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Consultant based in United Kingdom.

The Strategic Partnerships Consultant will build and develop professional relationships with individuals interested in leadership and personal development opportunities.

This role combines strategic relationship development, digital marketing, consultative communication, and structured follow-up in an independent working environment.

You will use established systems and digital strategies to connect with prospective participants, understand their goals, and identify potential alignment.

The position offers significant autonomy, allowing you to manage your schedule, priorities, and daily activities around your professional and personal commitments.

You will be responsible for guiding thoughtful conversations, communicating value clearly, and maintaining relationships throughout the decision-making process.

Accountabilities:

  • Use digital marketing strategies and established systems to connect with individuals interested in leadership and personal development programs.

  • Conduct structured introductory conversations to understand individual goals, explore alignment, and provide relevant information.
  • Manage communication, follow-up, and relationship development throughout the decision-making process.
  • Apply established systems, processes, and communication frameworks consistently while maintaining professional judgment.
  • Independently manage your schedule, priorities, daily activity, and responsibilities in accordance with your goals and commitments.
  • Build trust and communicate the value of relevant programs clearly and authentically.
  • Participate in ongoing leadership and personal development training as part of your own professional growth.
  • Maintain proactive follow-through and consistent engagement with prospective individuals throughout the relationship journey.

Requirements:

  • Bring 10+ years of professional experience in strategic partnerships, business development, client relationships, consulting, marketing, communications, leadership, account management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong relationship-building, communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
  • Have the ability to understand individual needs, communicate value clearly, and guide thoughtful, professional conversations.
  • Be self-directed, proactive, organized, and capable of managing responsibilities independently with strong follow-through.
  • Demonstrate sound professional judgment and confidence working with established systems, processes, and frameworks.
  • Have a genuine interest in continued personal and professional development.
  • Be comfortable working within an independent, performance-based income structure rather than a traditional fixed-salary model.
  • Be based in the United States and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Be an experienced professional; this opportunity is not intended for students or recent graduates.
