Partner Account Manager - Microsoft Security - £50,000 + Package

We're looking for a Partner Account Manager to take ownership of a growing Microsoft Security proposition, working closely with Microsoft and a network of channel partners to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

This is a highly visible role combining go-to-market strategy, partner development, vendor engagement, and enablement. You'll be responsible for helping partners understand, position, and sell Microsoft's security portfolio, while working closely with internal sales and marketing teams to create demand and generate pipeline.

The ideal candidate won't necessarily come from a hands-on technical background but will have a strong understanding of Microsoft's security ecosystem and know how solutions fit into wider customer conversations around cloud, identity, compliance, governance, and cyber security.

The Opportunity

You'll act as the subject matter lead for Microsoft Security, developing and executing go-to-market plans designed to grow partner engagement and customer adoption.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
