Strategic Partnerships Development Manager
As a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partner and supplier relationships in a fast-paced environment. You will identify new opportunities, negotiate and execute agreements, manage partner performance and work closely with internal teams to deliver successful partnership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partner strategy, including identifying new partners, suppliers and business opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end partner and supplier relationship, including negotiations, contracts, account plans, issue resolution and deal implementation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor channel and partner performance, using data and insights to identify opportunities and inform business decisions.
- Manage partnership projects and initiatives, including partner events and engagement activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Skills And Experience
- Proven experience in partner or supplier management.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to understand channel performance and translate insights into actions.
- Strong project management and planning skills, with experience working across multiple internal teams.
- Experience in event planning and delivery is desirable.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate complexity and manage multiple priorities.
- Good understanding of contracts and relevant industry trends.
