Strategic Partnerships Development Manager – E-commerce / Retail

Location: London Hybrid 3 days office 2 days wfh
Contract: 12 months
Salary: £90k - £112k pa

We are hiring an experienced Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to join a global technology organisation.
This is not a sales role. We are looking for someone with strong experience developing and managing strategic partnerships, ideally within e-commerce, retail, digital products, or technology.
You will own complex partner relationships from initial opportunity through negotiation, integration, and ongoing management. A key part of the role will be working cross-functionally with internal teams, including Product and Engineering, to ensure partnerships are successfully delivered and create a strong experience for both the partner and end customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships across e-commerce, retail, and/or technology ecosystems.
  • Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities aligned with product and business strategy.
  • Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial engagement and negotiation through contracting, integration, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to successfully deliver partner integrations and initiatives.
  • Translate partner requirements into clear internal actions and help navigate technical and operational considerations.
  • Negotiate and finalise complex partnership and supplier agreements.
  • Build strong relationships with senior external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple partnership initiatives and stakeholders within a complex, fast-paced environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
