Strategic Partner Manager β Gaming Partnerships (EMEA)
π Location: London, UK (Hybrid β 3 Days Onsite)
π° Rate: Β£40 per hour PAYE + 33 days holiday pay

Contract: 12 Months initially
β° Hours: 40 hours per week
We're recruiting for an experienced Strategic Partner Manager to join a global Gaming Partnerships team responsible for helping some of the biggest game developers and publishers grow their businesses across a world-renowned social media and gaming platform.
What You'll Be Doing
As the Strategic Partner Manager, you'll own and develop relationships with strategic gaming partners, helping them maximise success across the platform while driving business growth and product adoption.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and manage long-term strategic relationships with leading game developers and publishers across EMEA.
- Become a trusted advisor by understanding partners' business strategies, technical roadmaps, and commercial goals.
- Drive adoption of new platform features and product capabilities.
- Work closely with partners to optimise their presence and performance across the gaming ecosystem.
- Identify opportunities for new strategic partnerships and business growth.
- Analyse partner performance using data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Represent the business in executive-level meetings with external partners.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Design, and Operations teams to deliver successful partnership outcomes.
- Communicate partner feedback internally to influence future product development.
- Monitor gaming industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare business reviews, presentations, and insights using Excel and PowerPoint.

What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- 7+ years' experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Partner Management, or Account Management.
- Strong understanding of the gaming industry, including mobile gaming, publishers, developers, and gaming ecosystems.
- Experience managing large strategic customer or partner relationships.
- Experience working cross-functionally within large global organisations.

This role is ideal for candidates with a blend of gaming industry expertise, strategic partnership management experience, commercial acumen, and technical understanding. Candidates without experience in the gaming ecosystem or those lacking a technical background are unlikely to be suitable for this opportunity.
