The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to support the growth and success of key commercial partnerships across the EMEA region. This role sits within a high-performing partnerships team and is focused on managing strategic relationships, driving business growth opportunities, and ensuring successful execution of partnership initiatives. The successful candidate will work across multiple internal and external stakeholders, helping to develop partnership strategies, improve partner experiences, and identify opportunities to deliver long-term business value. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and has experience managing complex stakeholder relationships within the retail, e-commerce, technology, or digital sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Management & Growth
- Build, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and external stakeholders.
- Drive the end-to-end partner lifecycle, supporting onboarding, commercial discussions, execution, and ongoing relationship management.
- Develop and execute partnership growth plans that align with wider business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, identifying opportunities to strengthen engagement and drive mutual success.

Commercial Strategy & Business Development
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities and growth initiatives.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to inform partnership strategies.
- Support commercial negotiations and agreement execution.
- Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and opportunity pipeline management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure successful partnership delivery.
- Navigate complex organisational structures to align stakeholders and drive projects forward.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.
Partner Experience & Relationship Management
- Champion partner experience by proactively addressing challenges and identifying process improvements.
- Manage partner communications and engagement plans.
- Support brand and reputation management through strong relationship building and stakeholder engagement.
Data, Insights & Reporting
- Track and analyse partnership performance metrics.
- Build reports, forecasts, and business reviews to measure success and identify opportunities for growth.
- Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
Required Experience
- Significant experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Account Management, Commercial Strategy, or Relationship Management.
- Proven experience managing strategic client or partner relationships.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience working within a complex, cross-functional environment.
- Strong project management and organisational capabilities.
- Experience using data and commercial insights to inform decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
