What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive partner strategies, proactively identifying new partners, suppliers, creators, and compelling business opportunities.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of partner, supplier, and creator relationships, including intricate negotiations, contract management, account planning, proactive issue resolution, and seamless deal implementation.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with a diverse range of external partners, creators, and critical internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a dedicated advocate for creators, providing hands-on support for their growth, engagement initiatives, and overall development journey.
  • Craft and execute growth-centric content strategies designed to enhance creator performance and audience engagement.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of creator channels and content, pinpointing opportunities to significantly boost views, engagement metrics, comments, and overall performance.
  • Champion product adoption and optimization among creators, ensuring they leverage the full potential of available tools and features.
  • Proactively engage with assigned creators to deeply understand their unique needs, provide insightful answers, and identify bespoke support opportunities.
  • Foster and nurture a thriving, collaborative creator community.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to rigorously monitor channel, partner, and creator performance, informing strategic business decisions.
  • Leverage cutting-edge AI and emerging technologies to supercharge content strategy, accelerate creator growth, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Oversee strategic partnership projects and initiatives, including impactful creator events and engaging community activities.
  • Collaborate seamlessly across functions with marketing teams, regional offices, external agencies, and other third parties to ensure effective delivery and alignment with overarching business objectives.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven track record in partner management, creator management, influencer relations, or talent management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creator growth strategies, content strategy development, and monetisation models within the digital space.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills, with the ability to dissect channel and content performance metrics and translate complex insights into actionable strategies.
  • Robust project management and planning capabilities, including experience navigating complex projects across multiple internal teams and external agencies.
  • A strong ability to thrive in complexity, adeptly solve problems, and proficiently manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Comfort and enthusiasm for working with artificial intelligence and embracing new technologies.
  • In-depth understanding of the Turkish creator landscape, cultural nuances, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively and persuasively with creators on a daily basis.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English is required.
