About Merzigo
Merzigo is a fast-growing video monetization and digital media company that partners with leading entertainment brands to scale and optimize their content businesses across global digital platforms. With deep expertise in large-scale content operations, platform monetization, rights management, and localization, Merzigo enables partners to unlock the full commercial potential of their video catalogs.
We are now looking for a Strategic Partnerships Director to drive business growth by developing strategic partnerships, expanding key client relationships, shaping monetization strategies, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Own and expand strategic client partnerships with a strong focus on revenue growth, performance, and long-term value creation,
- Develop and execute monetization and distribution strategies across major digital platforms,
- Optimize commercial performance for clients across platforms such as YouTube and Facebook,
- Generate insights by leveraging YouTube Analytics and CMS data to create high-level presentations,
- Advise clients on content strategy, rights utilization, and localization approaches to maximize global reach,
- Collaborate closely with internal operations, analytics, and rights teams to ensure flawless execution,
- Drive business growth by identifying potential client opportunities, emerging markets and new commercial models across content catalogs, territories and digital platforms,
- Develop strategic proposals and business presentations for prospective clients by collaborating with cross-functional teams,
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners to create long-term business opportunities and strengthen market presence,
- Take ownership of commercial opportunities from initial identification through partnership development and successful execution,
- Identify new growth opportunities across catalogs, territories, formats, and monetization models,
- Identify, negotiate, and establish new strategic partnerships, driving long-term revenue growth,
- Monitor digital media trends, platform developments, and market dynamics to proactively identify opportunities for client growth and innovation.

What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, partnerships, or commercial roles within digital media or content-driven businesses,
- Strong expertise in platform monetization, analytics, and CMS-driven operations,
- Solid understanding of content localization, multi-territory distribution, and audience development,
- Experience developing commercial opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth initiatives,
- Proven ability to communicate complex data and strategies to senior and executive-level stakeholders,
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence internal and external partners,
- A strong ownership mindset combined with a data-driven and commercially focused approach,
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume content environments.

What We Offer
- Annual gross salary: £65,000–£70,000 GBP,
- Hybrid work opportunity,
