Job Description
You will lead the delivery of pilot programs across healthcare and education, bridging the gap between commercial strategy and scientific research. Working directly with the Founder and CEO, you’ll manage high-level partnerships, build repeatable operational playbooks, and ensure data-driven evidence supports the roll-out of therapeutic music interventions globally.

What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end pilot delivery for healthcare and education partners, from onboarding sites to defining success metrics and removing operational blockers.
- Collaborate with product and creative teams to align intervention designs with field evidence, ensuring data collection supports commercial and research goals.
- Build a repeatable playbook for site deployments, documenting processes to scale Myndstream’s delivery capacity across global markets and settings.
The ideal candidate
- Has two to four years of experience in generalist or operations roles, including time spent in high-growth startups or unstructured environments.
- Possesses professional exposure to healthcare, education, or research settings, with the ability to communicate fluently with clinicians, academics, and administrators.
- Demonstrates strong project management instincts and a data-oriented mindset, comfortable drawing conclusions from imperfect datasets and using AI tools efficiently.
