About Us
Infinity is a market-leading conversation intelligence and call-tracking platform working with some of the world's most well-known brands. We turn every customer conversation and the journey behind it into action that drives growth, efficiently. With annual revenue of £18m+, we are entering an ambitious new phase: establishing growth through new products, deep vertical expertise, and an activation layer that moves our customers from insight to action. Strategic and technology partnerships are central to that plan. There's never been a better time to join Infinity.
About The Job
This is a pivotal, newly-created role to lead Infinity's strategic and technology partner initiative. It is about building genuine, strategic partnerships with technology and product partners that solve real customer problems, extend our proposition, and embed Infinity deeper into the customer workflow. Partnerships are one of the core pillars of our growth strategy. They accelerate new-product revenue, underpin our Blueprint methodology, and drive the deep integration that makes Infinity the attribution and activation layer across the marketing-to-revenue journey. You will identify, build, and operationalise the partnerships that make this happen.
About You
You have worked in B2B SaaS technology and ideally in a MarTech environment developing strategic or technology partnerships. You understand how technology partnerships are built around customer workflows and integrations, and how to turn a partnership into a genuine, monetisable capability. You are commercially astute, customer-led, and comfortable operating across product, engineering, customer success and sales. You can articulate a value proposition to a partner's senior leadership and roll up your sleeves to operationalise the partnership. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role: you are a self-starter who can define strategy and then execute it personally, delivering through influence and close collaboration across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & technology partnerships

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
