About Ink

Ink is a global travel media and content company, working with many of the world's leading airlines, travel brands and destinations to create compelling creative and commercial solutions across print, digital, video and television. We create content and sell advertising across all stages of the traveller journey, helping our partners drive more revenue and engage with their audiences better than ever.

About the role

We're looking for a commercially-minded relationship builder to help grow and manage our portfolio of airline, tourism board, and hotel group partnerships. This is a hybrid role sitting at the intersection of business development, strategic marketing, and proposal development: you'll be shaping how we win new partners as much as expanding the scope of work we do with our existing ones. You'll work closely with the MD of Travel Partnerships as a strategic partner in growing the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Lead the response process for RFPs and partnership proposals — from opportunity identification through to pitch-ready submissions, working with internal teams to build compelling, well-positioned bids
  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with key contacts at airlines, tourism boards, hotel groups, and other travel trade partners
  • Plan and run meetings, pitches, and partnership conversations, often taking the lead once relationships are established
  • Develop marketing and positioning materials that support new business conversations: decks, one-pagers, partnership narratives
  • Track the partnerships pipeline and market landscape, feeding insight and recommendations back into strategy
  • Partner closely with the MD of Travel Partnerships on prioritisation, deal strategy, and account planning: acting as a thought partner, not just an executor
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings
