Strategic Partnerships Manager
Exclusive opportunity to join a growing telecommunications business, developing new revenue streams and customer propositions beyond its core connectivity offering.
The Strategic Partnerships Manager will identify, develop and commercialise strategic partnerships, products and services that enhance the customer proposition and drive profitable growth. The role combines partnership development and commercial strategy, taking opportunities from initial assessment through to negotiation and launch.
Hybrid working – 3 days in Oxfordshire office, 2 from home
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new commercial growth opportunities and adjacent revenue streams beyond the core telecommunications portfolio.
- Develop a pipeline and roadmap of new products, services and strategic partnerships.
- Explore opportunities across mobile, entertainment, gaming, smart home, security, financial services, energy and other adjacent markets.
- Identify, develop and manage relationships with technology providers, content providers, platforms, utilities and other strategic partners.
- Lead commercial negotiations, working with Legal, Procurement and Finance to establish robust partnership agreements.
- Develop business cases assessing customer demand, revenue potential, customer lifetime value, investment requirements and financial returns.
- Monitor customer, competitor and technology trends to identify emerging commercial opportunities.
- Act as commercial sponsor for new partnerships and propositions, coordinating delivery from concept through to launch.
- Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities to expand successful relationships and drive incremental revenue.
- Present commercial recommendations and investment proposals to senior leadership.

Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in strategic partnerships, new product development, commercial strategy or proposition development.
- Ideally experience within B2C telecommunications, connectivity or closely related digital services.
- Proven ability to identify, negotiate and develop commercially successful partnerships and new revenue opportunities.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including business case development and investment evaluation.
- Experience taking new products, services or propositions from concept through to market launch.
- Strong understanding of consumer propositions, customer value and commercial growth.
- Exposure to mobile, entertainment, gaming, smart home, digital services, energy or adjacent consumer technology markets would be advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with a commercially curious and externally focused approach.
