Mortgage, Conveyancing & Lending Relationships

Location: Home-based / UK-wide with regular travel and periodic attendance in Liverpool
Salary: Competitive

The Opportunity

JB Leitch Real Estate is looking for an experienced relationship-builder with strong connections across the mortgage, lending, and conveyancing sectors to help us develop a new growth channel.

This is not a traditional business development role.

We're looking for someone who already understands the market, knows the key players, and can build strategic partnerships with mortgage intermediaries, conveyancing firms, lender panels, equity release advisers, and other property professionals.

You'll play a key role in positioning JB Leitch Real Estate as the go-to specialist legal partner for complex leasehold and freehold property issues that regularly delay or prevent transactions.

What You'll Do

  • Build and develop relationships with mortgage brokers, networks, and intermediaries.
  • Create strategic partnerships with conveyancing firms, lenders, and equity release specialists.
  • Identify new referral opportunities and introducer channels.
  • Represent JB Leitch Real Estate at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Deliver training sessions and market updates to introducers and partners.
  • Work closely with our legal teams to ensure excellent outcomes for clients and introducers.
  • Develop a sustainable pipeline of referral opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Help establish JB Leitch Real Estate as the preferred referral partner for complex property title and transaction issues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
