Salary: £41,053 - £44,066 FTE
Contract: Permanent, Part-time (30 hours per week)
Location: Crawley - Hybrid
Closing date: 31st August

We’re delighted to partner with St Catherine's Hospice as they look for an ambitious and relationship-focused Strategic Partnerships Manager to join their amazing team.
As Strategic Partnerships Manager, you'll develop and grow a portfolio of high-value supporters, creating compelling funding propositions that inspire organisations and funders to invest in the hospice's work. You'll build strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate partners & trusts and foundations, working closely with colleagues across the organisation to showcase impact and identify new funding opportunities.

You'll also play an important role in shaping partnership strategy, developing innovative approaches to supporter engagement, and providing inspiring leadership to a team of 3 line reports.
To be successful as the Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will need:
- A proven track record of securing five-figure-plus gifts, sponsorships or partnerships within a fundraising, business development or relationship management environment
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
- Experience using data and insight to identify opportunities, inform strategy and drive income growth.
