Role

We're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to own some of Pace's most important partner relationships and turn them into revenue.

Today, Pace grows by deploying our agents directly with the largest insurers in the world. Consulting and channel partners help us reach more of them, faster. Your job is to own those relationships end to end: build joint go-to-market plans, bring partners into the deals where they add the most value, and make sure every partnership delivers for both sides.

You'll sit at the intersection of partnerships, sales, forward deployed engineering, and GTM.

What this looks like in practice:

  • Own Pace's strategic partnerships: Take full ownership of key partners, and prospect, stand up, and manage new ones aligned with Pace's sales and growth strategy.
  • Build joint go-to-market strategies with partners: Deliver joint business plans, account mapping, certification, and co-marketing and events that create pipeline for both sides.
  • Put partners to work on live deals: Work with sales globally to align partners to pipeline, source partners for key deals that lack one, and add, remove, or realign partners across the full deal lifecycle.
  • Own targets and revenue goals with your partners. Drive partner influenced pipeline, partner-sourced leads and partner influenced closed won ARR targets
  • Keep every partnership healthy: With FDE and GTM, keep partnership health green or trending green. Surface issues early, pull in the right people to fix them, and escalate when a partnership isn't delivering value in both directions.
  • Scale the partnerships operating model: Find efficiency gains in how Pace works with partners as we grow, and run the enablement and alignment sessions that equip our teams to support partners on key client and prospect accounts.
  • Co-own the creation of the Pace Partner Program (name WIP) with the Head of Partnerships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
