Strategic People Partner
We're looking for an exceptional Strategic People Partner to help shape the future of People & Culture at Ravensbourne University London during an exciting period of transformation and growth.

As a Strategic People Partner, you'll work closely with senior leaders to drive organisational performance, lead change and deliver strategic people initiatives across the University.

You will:
- Partner with leaders to improve people and business outcomes.
- Lead change, transformation and workforce planning initiatives.
- Use people data and insight to inform decision-making.
- Coach and develop leaders to build capability.
- Champion inclusive and progressive people practices.
- Lead on a specialist area such as organisational development, talent acquisition, employee relations or transformation.
We're looking for a credible and influential HR professional who can build strong relationships and drive change.
You'll bring:
- Significant Senior HR Business Partner or Strategic People Partner experience.
- A proven track record in organisational change and transformation.
- Strong employment law and employee relations knowledge.
- Experience in workforce planning and organisational design.
- Excellent coaching, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- The ability to use data and insight to support decision-making.
- Chartered CIPD membership (Level 7) or equivalent experience.
