Keysight is focusing to support its customers with the transition of the automotive industry towards New Mobility with BEVs (battery electrical vehicles) and SDVs (software defined vehicles), and Grid Modernization. We are providing integrated test solutions for many phases along the customers’ lifecycle starting with circuit simulation, through validation and compliance test up to manufacturing test of electronic components and modules. Our Automotive and Energy Solutions (AES) business has grown continuously over the last couple of years. To drive that growth and refining the AES strategy beyond the currently market segments – we are looking for a Strategic Planning Specialist (m/f/d).

Responsibilities
As Strategic Planning Specialist (m/f/d) you will play a key role in shaping the direction and strategy of our AES business unit:
- Continuously observe, analyze and evaluate the Test and measurement market and customer requirements.
- Identify growth areas and develop targeted expansion scenarios for them.
- Advise Vice President and leadership team to shape the basic AES business strategy and have direct interaction with our AES business segments.
- Kick-off and management of new projects towards a concept management checkpoint.
- Collaborate with our worldwide Keysight network.
- Perspectively, you can grow into a leadership position via this role. We will support your development accordingly.

Qualifications
- Convincing personality with many years of experience in the automotive/energy industry and deep knowledge about market and customers.
- Very experienced in software technologies (automotive simulation, software design and validation tools) and SDV technologies (zonal computing, cyber security, in-vehicle networks, AI).
- Several years of experience in a comparable key role or as a business consultant, preferably with a knowledge focus on "development and test solutions"
- A high level of self-motivation and a strong analytical and strategic mindset. Always work in a directional and team-oriented manner.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills complete your personality.
