Are you a highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting teams to achieve their goals? We are looking for a Strategic Planning Coordinator to join our Land & Natural Resources function, providing vital support to our Strategic Planning, National Mineral Development and Circularity teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative and supportive team where you will play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with senior leaders, internal stakeholders and external partners, helping to coordinate activities, manage priorities and deliver a high standard of administrative support.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys building positive relationships and is motivated to learn new skills while contributing to the success of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

As Strategic Planning Coordinator, you'll provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support across several key teams within Land & Natural Resources. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for correspondence, enquiries and telephone calls
  • Managing diaries, organising meetings and coordinating appointments
  • Arranging internal and external meetings, including room bookings and event administration
  • Booking travel and accommodation, ensuring arrangements are cost-effective and efficient
  • Producing meeting materials including presentations, agendas, notes and minutes
  • Maintaining departmental trackers and ensuring information remains accurate and up to date
  • Supporting SAP administration and coordinating purchase orders through approved processes
  • Assisting with the administration of capital and project expenditure
  • Building effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers and external stakeholders
  • Providing flexible support to the wider team whenever required

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll be an organised and proactive professional with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional support. You'll also bring:

  • Previous administrative or coordination experience in a busy environment
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
  • A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high standards
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, together with exposure to SAP and Copilot
  • The drive to achieve results and consistently exceed expectations
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for developing new skills and improving ways of working
  • A strong commitment to health and safety, recognising that safety is always the number one priority
