At DP World, we're transforming Contract Logistics across Europe—and we're looking for an experienced Strategic PMO to help make it happen.
In this high-impact role, you'll lead complex strategic programmes, business transformations, greenfield developments and key initiatives that shape the future of our Contract Logistics network. Working with senior leaders across Operations, Commercial, IT, HR and Finance, you'll drive successful project delivery while helping build and continuously improve DP World's Project Management Office (PMO) framework.
About the Role:
- Take ownership of high-profile projects from planning through to successful implementation.
- Lead strategic projects, business transformations and greenfield developments across Europe.
- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Commercial, HR, Finance, IT, Legal and Sustainability.
- Manage project governance, reporting, risk, issues and stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate Steering Committees, project meetings and executive updates.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the European Contract Logistics business.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and enhancing project delivery methodologies.
- Contribute to the development of DP World's European PMO framework using recognised methodologies such as PMI and PRINCE2.

Your Key Skills
- Experienced programme or project management professional who can confidently lead complex transformation programmes across multiple countries and functions.
- Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale strategic programmes within complex organisations.
- Experience in Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders at both operational and executive level.
- Excellent planning, governance, risk management and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities with the ability to influence across diverse, international teams.
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com or similar.
- A degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Post-Merger Integration (PMI) or Mergers & Acquisitions experience would be highly advantageous.
