Joining one of the leading international law firms at a pivotal moment, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile strategic programme and play a key role in shaping how the firm operates in the future.
You’ll have the opportunity to take a strategically important programme from initial design through to delivery, defining the scope, shaping the approach and turning strategy into something that delivers real impact across the organisation.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll have the opportunity to bring people together, navigating competing priorities and challenging constructively when needed. You’ll be comfortable having difficult conversations, bringing clarity to complex issues.

Your experience of delivering operating model change in complex organisations will enable you to take an idea from its early stages through to something that works in practice. You’ll work across the detail, bring the right people with you and ensure changes are embedded and deliver lasting value.
This is a role where you can make a visible impact, working with senior partners and board-level stakeholders and shaping a programme that will influence the way a global law firm operates.

Previous experience of delivering complex programmes within a partnership environment is essential. You’ll need to be comfortable working with ambiguity, engaging senior stakeholders and challenging constructively when required.
The role is hybrid, with three days a week in the London office.
