This position is responsible for strategic delivery in a proactive leadership role where you will balance strategic vision with operational delivery, working with wider departments, customers and stakeholders to drive action and growth. You will drive top-level initiatives across the business while strengthening company-wide systems and processes. You will act as a central point of coordination for strategic projects and marketing strategies by progressing tasks, raising and resolving blockers, leading meetings and building resources and systems. Reports to: CEO Responsibilities: Transforming discussions, ideas and company priorities into clear and structured outputs that enable better decision-making and execution across the business Managing strategic project timelines and stakeholder communication Driving the execution of marketing strategy including approach, campaigns, social media and event engagement Identifying activities to be automated, and implementing with AI/Wolfram technologies Aligning key leads, opportunities and communication efforts with business objectives through to execution Overseeing the marketing output and aligning communications, visions and events with strategic goals Supporting the CEO’s administration team ensuring that actions align with strategic goals
Required/ideal skills: Technical background and strong interest in technology, software, science or mathematics Incisiveness of understanding, ability to cross-examine and clarify Self-motivated and a pro-active approach to all tasks. Able to use own initiative Experience of project management methodologies and strategic project delivery Highly organised – able to prioritise workload, complete multiple tasks to deadlines and work under pressure Perceptive, with the ability to apply judgement, common sense and find practical solutions Able to communicate well at high level both externally and internally. Ability to adapt style of communication accordingly Management experience is an advantage, enjoys leading and mentoring a group Experience leading cross-function projects including system/program usage is advantageous This full-time role offers hybrid remote.
