About the role
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead high-priority, cross-functional projects that deliver meaningful change across our UK business and contribute directly to our key business priorities.
You’ll bring structure and clarity to complex projects, often in areas where there may be no established precedent. Working with colleagues across a variety of functions, including senior leaders and Directors, you’ll bring teams together, navigate challenges and keep delivery on track.
With a varied portfolio of projects and priorities that evolve throughout the year, this is a great opportunity to broaden your business knowledge, build a strong network and develop your project management and leadership skills.
You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to and shape initiatives that strengthen our wider Programme, Project and Change community.
You will be responsible for
- Define and scope the projects / programmes you lead, establishing clear direction and alignment by ensuring that a clear vision, objectives and plan are in place
- Mobilise cross functional project /programme teams and establish and embed ways of working
- Establish and facilitate the appropriate levels of governance to provide oversight and direction for the projects/programmes
- Engage and align stakeholders across all levels to deliver the plan
- Manage interdependencies and impacts across projects / programmes
- Drive progress in a consistent, transparent way, and identify and manage issues and risks, and opportunities
- Support subject matter expertise and development both within the team and across the Programmes, Projects and Change community.

You will need to be confident influencing stakeholders, facilitating governance sessions and NWTs, and engaging with senior business leaders.
You will need to be proactive in taking accountability, making decisions and driving progress.
You will need a clear understanding of what you want to gain from the role and how it supports your future career and development.

- Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary.
