Role: Strategic Project Manager (Remote)
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Full-Time
Payout: $400K - $550K/yr
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Strategic Project Lead with MD/Medical Expertise to work on a full-time basis. This role requires a medical doctorate or equivalent expertise to lead cross-functional projects in healthcare technology. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to align project objectives with business and clinical goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic project plans for medical technology initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and clinical experts to deliver solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with medical teams to ensure projects meet clinical requirements and standards.
- Monitor project progress using data-driven metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must hold an MD or equivalent medical degree with 5+ years of clinical or medical technology experience.
- Proven track record leading strategic projects in healthcare, biotechnology, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of medical regulations, compliance, and ethical considerations.
- Ability to translate complex medical concepts into business requirements for technical teams.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) in a healthcare context.
