Strategic Projects Manager | 12-Month FTC | Hybrid | London

I'm partnering with a well-established UK organisation undergoing an exciting transformation programme and looking to appoint a Strategic Projects Manager to help shape and deliver strategic initiatives that will have a real impact across the business and its members.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a consulting, strategy, transformation or business improvement background who enjoys turning ideas into practical, scalable solutions.

The role:

You'll work across a number of high-profile strategic projects, including:

  • Designing and launching a new service proposition for members.
  • Developing frameworks, toolkits and playbooks that can be rolled out at scale.
  • Supporting the organisation's three-year strategic planning process.
  • Improving account management approaches and business processes.
  • Facilitating cross-functional workshops and driving stakeholder alignment.
  • Producing high-quality analysis, recommendations and executive-level presentations.
  • Tracking project progress and ensuring successful implementation.

About you:

You'll likely have:

  • 2+ years' experience in consulting, strategy, transformation or a similar advisory role.
  • Experience bringing new products or services to market.
  • A track record of implementing new processes, tools or ways of working.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and PowerPoint presentation abilities.
  • A structured, analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex information into practical recommendations.
