Strategic Sales Associate
Circular Office Group | Hybrid
Most furniture sales roles are pretty predictable. Sell products, hit targets, move on.
This isn’t that.
Circular Office Group is building a new way of furnishing workspaces. One that’s flexible, circular and actually makes sense for how companies operate today. We’re a young company, but we already have strong partnerships in place and some exciting projects in the pipeline.
We’re now looking for someone to join us on a commission basis who’s not just a salesperson, but someone proactive, curious and full of ideas. Someone who wants to help shape how we grow, not just sell into it.
The role is about opening doors, building relationships and helping clients think differently about how they design and furnish their spaces. You’ll be speaking to occupiers, designers and decision-makers, understanding what they need, and introducing them to a smarter way of doing things.
Experience Required:
- Experience in the furniture or workplace interiors industry is essential for this role.
- Sales expertise, including client prospecting, lead generation, and meeting sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A solid understanding of workspace solutions, sustainability initiatives, and B2B sales.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Time management, organisational, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work in both in-office and remote environments while maintaining productivity.
- Knowledge of sustainable business operations, circular economy concepts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We’re not just selling furniture. We deliver full workspace solutions, from planning and specification through to delivery, installation and ongoing management. A big part of what we do is helping clients move away from traditional upfront spend and into more flexible, subscription-based models, while improving their sustainability performance at the same time.
We’re a small but impactful team, so you’ll need to be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. You’ll be managing your own time, creating opportunities, and bringing new ideas to the table, whether that’s how we approach clients, partnerships we explore, or how we position what we do.

This is a startup, so things move quickly. There’s a lot of opportunity, but you need to be someone who takes initiative and figures things out as you go. If you’ve got experience in furniture, interiors or workplace sales, that’s a big plus, but mindset and drive matter more.
In return, there’s real upside. You’ll be working on live opportunities, helping build something from an early stage and putting yourself in a strong position as we grow. There’s also the potential for equity in the future for the right person who wants to be part of the journey long term.
We genuinely believe this is where the industry is heading. Less waste, more flexibility, better use of resources. We’re here to make that happen.
