Strategic Sales & Business Development Leader
£125,000–£145,000 Base Salary + Bonus | London | UK & International Travel

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Growth & Business Development Leader to join a high-performing organisation at a pivotal stage of its growth journey. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for an individual who can identify new opportunities, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver sustainable commercial success both in the UK and internationally.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue, enhance market presence, and create long-term competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic growth and business development initiatives across UK and international markets.
- Develop and deliver commercial strategies that generate significant revenue growth and profitability.
- Identify, assess, and capitalise on emerging market opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, senior decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Secure major partnerships and multi-million-pound commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership teams to accelerate business performance and market expansion.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, client engagements, and strategic forums nationally and internationally.
You will bring:
- A proven track record of driving business growth within complex and competitive markets.
- Significant experience in strategic business development, commercial leadership, or growth-focused executive roles.
- Strong executive-level stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Demonstrable success securing major commercial contracts, partnerships, or transformational growth opportunities.
- Exceptional commercial acumen, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities.
- The ability to operate confidently in both UK and international business environments.
