We are building the industry's first truly AI-first Vendor Management System that empowers staffing firms, enterprise clients, MSPs, and procurement organizations to automate workforce operations, accelerate hiring decisions, and gain actionable intelligence through AI.

Our platform combines enterprise-grade VMS capabilities with intelligent automation, AI agents, predictive analytics, and conversational workflows that transform how organizations manage contingent labor.

We're looking for a hands-on sales director who shares our vision that AI will fundamentally change workforce technology.

This role requires someone who can:

  • Understand VMS and staffing workflows
  • Conduct solution discovery
  • Position AI strategically
  • Help clients envision a better future—not just buy software

You'll work directly with product, and customer success to shape go-to-market strategy while personally leading strategic opportunities.

What You'll Do

Drive Revenue Growth

  • Own enterprise sales strategy and execution
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Develop relationships with enterprise buyers, MSPs, procurement leaders, HR executives, and staffing organizations

Consultative Solution Selling

  • Lead discovery sessions that uncover:
    • Workforce challenges
    • Contingent labor processes
    • Vendor management workflows
    • Procurement pain points
    • AI automation opportunities
  • Translate business problems into AI-powered solutions that create measurable business outcomes.

AI-First Client Engagement

  • Confidently discuss:
    • AI-powered workflow automation
    • Agentic AI
    • Intelligent matching
    • Predictive analytics
    • AI copilots
    • Enterprise AI adoption
    • Responsible AI
  • Help customers understand not only what the platform does, but how AI transforms their workforce operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
